It’s a personalised children’s book about one of the most important rules there is: say no to strangers, walk away and tell someone you trust straight away. Your child lives the story as the brave hero – drawn into every page from your photo, with their name and the right pronoun (she or he) in the text.

No. It’s deliberately warm and encouraging: no stranger looks threatening, and nothing bad happens. What matters is that your child does the right thing and comes home proud and safe. That way they learn this important rule gently, and without fear.

We use your photo for one thing only: making the book for your child. To do that we pass it to a specialist AI provider, who processes it on our instructions and for that purpose alone – not for their own ends, and not for AI training. On our own servers (in the EU) it is deleted automatically once the book is made. We never sell your photo and never use it for advertising. There’s more detail in our privacy policy.

It’s loveliest for children of about 4 to 8 – exactly when they’re becoming more independent and going places on their own for the first time. It also works beautifully for reading together with younger children.

Every illustration shows your child, drawn from your photo. Your child’s name appears in the text as well, and the wording adapts to a girl or a boy (she or he).

High-quality art paper, printed in Germany. You can choose between a softcover and a hardcover. Both are made with the same care.
