Your child lives through 13 feelings: joy, anger, fear, sadness, pride, shame, envy, courage, feeling overwhelmed, disappointment, falling out with a friend, looking forward to something and disgust. There’s also a warm hello at the beginning and a loving goodbye at the end.
You upload a photo of your child – and that photo is the model for every illustration in the book. Girls stay girls, boys stay boys. So every page shows your child living through a feeling.
We use your photo for one thing only: making the book for your child. To do that we pass it to a specialist AI provider, who processes it on our instructions and for that purpose alone – not for their own ends, and not for AI training. On our own servers (in the EU) it is deleted automatically once the book is made. We never sell your photo and never use it for advertising. There’s more detail in our privacy policy.
The feelings book is loveliest for children of about 3 to 6 – exactly when they’re learning to name their feelings and make sense of them. It also makes a wonderful present for slightly older children.
Every illustration in the book shows your child, drawn from your photo. Your child’s name appears in the text as well, and the wording adapts to a girl or a boy (she or he).
